The challenge: Conveying what it's like to stay at a boutique hotel to people who have never been there.
What we did: A horizontal promotional piece, set to music, that walks through the hotel: the building and its surroundings from the drone, the façade, the bar, the bedrooms and the dining room, with an on-camera introduction at the entrance and on the terrace.

Depending on the scope, a corporate video usually runs from first meeting to delivery in a few weeks: one for preparation and script, one or two days of filming, and the rest for editing, with a revision round included as standard. Yes, whenever possible: the real company is more convincing than any studio set. We bring camera, lighting and sound gear, and we plan the shoot to disturb the working day as little as possible. Before filming we visit the plant or office, choose the spaces that best tell what you do and agree with you which areas or processes stay out of frame for confidentiality.
Yes. We film, subtitle and deliver in Spanish, Basque and English, and with the Basque version you can address local institutions and co-operatives in their own language. If some of your team express themselves better in one language than another, each person speaks in their own and we handle the rest with subtitles, so nobody sounds forced in front of the camera.
It depends on where it will be seen. For your website and sales presentations, one to three minutes is usually enough to explain who you are, what you do and how you work. For social media and LinkedIn we pull 15 to 60 second cuts from the same shoot. The usual delivery is one main film and several short versions, not a single long video.
They don't need to be, and it's actually better if they don't look like actors. We prepare each person before filming, run the interviews as conversations and keep the answers that sound natural. If someone would rather not appear, we tell it with on-screen text, with the work itself on screen or with other people from the team. Nobody ends up looking forced.
