Behind every job are two partners: Herman Korkos on creative direction and Dmytro "Dima" Hrabchuk as director of photography. We prepare the session with you, take care of light and framing on location, and edit the selected photos one by one, so the result looks like your brand and not like anyone's catalogue.
We shoot in a closed space with controlled light or at your own premises, in San Sebastián, Irun, Errenteria and across Gipuzkoa, and also in Bilbao, Navarre and the French Basque Country. A shopping centre is dozens of shop windows that all need the same eye. We photograph every shop, cover the centre's events and leave the material ready for the shop directory, the website and social media.

The starting point. A barbershop on the ground floor of Centro Comercial Mendibil, in Irun. The challenge: making it look online the way it feels in the chair, with the craft, the service and the space.
What we did. A session in the shop itself: portraits of Alex, the razor and clipper work, and the Doctor Barber products used in the shop. On top of that, a reel for its social media.
What they got. An edited selection, retouched one by one, delivered in a private portal and ready for social media and the website.

We agree on a rough figure when we quote, depending on the type of session: a twenty-dish menu is not the same as a team portrait of ten people or covering a full-day conference.

It depends on the job. Small products and food usually come out better in a closed space with controlled light; a restaurant, a shop or an office is photographed in the space itself, because the place is part of what you sell. We travel across San Sebastián, Irun and all of Gipuzkoa with our own lighting kit, and we decide it with you while preparing the session.

A corporate portrait or product session is usually edited and delivered within a few working days; covering a large event takes a little longer because of the amount of material. Yes, and it is one of the advantages of working with a production company: at Mist Productions we do photography and video with the same team. In a product session we can also shoot a reel for Instagram, delivered in 24-72 hours; at an event, photos and an aftermovie; for a property, real estate photography and a video tour. Everything is planned together, with one preparation and one visit to your premises.
We are based in Donostia-San Sebastián and work regularly in Irun, Errenteria and across Gipuzkoa. We also travel to Bilbao, Navarre and the French Basque Country, and for specific sessions we go anywhere in Spain. Knowing the area helps: we know what light the bay has mid-afternoon, how to photograph a narrow bar in the Old Town or a farmhouse in Oiartzun.
