We shoot: We travel across Gipuzkoa and nearby with our own gear: camera, lighting, drone, 360 rig and microphones. Every shot is planned in pre-production, and we shoot whatever it takes to get the material your project deserves.
We edit: First cut in 24-72 hours. Edit, colour grade, sound and titles with our signature. Revisions included: we fine-tune it with you, round by round, until it is ready to see the light.
You get your delivery: Everything in your private, password-protected portal: view it, download it and share it whenever and with whomever you want. Nothing leaves our private cloud without your say.

How much does a reel or a video cost?
Every project is quoted individually: it depends on length, shooting days and what you need delivered. Message us on WhatsApp and we reply fast. In most cases you will have the quote the same day, with no commitment.
How much does a corporate video cost?
There is no fixed rate, because a one-minute piece filmed in a morning is not the same as a campaign with a script, actors and several locations. What moves the price: the final length, the shooting days, locations and travel, scripting and pre-production, voice-over or subtitles, motion graphics and the versions you need for each channel. Tell us what you have in mind and we will prepare a tailored quote, usually the same day and with no commitment.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on what the website needs to do: a presentation landing page is not the same as a multi-page corporate site or a project with a content manager, bookings or several languages. Custom design, the number of pages, the copy and photography that need producing, and ongoing maintenance all play a part. Write to us with your idea and we will send back a closed proposal, with no commitment.
What does the quote include?
Everything needed to deliver the finished project: pre-production (idea, script and planning), the shooting days with our team, editing, colour grading and sound, licensed music and the delivery formats for each channel. Always itemised and closed before we start: no surprises at the end.
Can you work with monthly content plans?
Yes. We offer monthly content plans for businesses that want consistent visibility and growth on social media.
What are your payment terms?
As standard on all our projects, we charge a 50% deposit to start the booking, cover the first operational costs and the concept work. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery of the finished project.
What are your opening hours?
We don't keep office hours: write to us whenever suits you, at any time, and we reply as soon as we see it, almost always the same day. Meetings and shoots are always planned with you in advance.
What if I don't like the result?
It rarely happens, because we agree the approach with you in pre-production before shooting. Even so, every project includes revision rounds: tell us what doesn't feel right and we adjust it until it's ready to go out.
Who owns the delivered material?
The final material is yours. Once payment is made, we grant you the usage rights you need to use it freely on social media, your website, advertising, ads and any other channel, with no time or territory limit. Mist Productions keeps authorship and reserves the right to show the work in its portfolio and own channels. If you would rather your project was not published in our portfolio, just let us know.
Do I have to appear on camera?
Only if you want to. Plenty of videos work without anyone from the business on screen: the space, the product, the team at work, voice-over… And if you do want to appear, we direct you so it feels natural, no experience needed. We can also put people from our own team in front of the camera if it fits the idea: besides filming, we act too.
How long do you keep my material?
Your delivery lives in a private portal with a link and password, with an expiry date we share on delivery. After that we keep a backup of the project for a reasonable time: if you need something back later, write to us and we reactivate it.
Do you work in Basque?
Yes. We work in Basque, Spanish and English, and this very website is available in all three languages.
Do you film in Basque?
Bai, noski — of course. We film interviews, voice-overs and full pieces in Basque, and we also subtitle in Basque, Spanish and English. If your brand speaks Basque, your video can too, naturally and without forced translations.
Do you work outside Gipuzkoa?
Yes. Although we are based in Donostia, we regularly film in Bizkaia, Álava and Navarre, and we travel anywhere in Spain when the project calls for it. Travel is included in the quote from the start, with no surprises.
How do I start a project with you?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email telling us what you need, when you need it and where the shoot takes place. We send you back a proposal with the approach, the deliverables and the timeline, with no commitment. If you accept it, we lock in the shooting date and, once we are done, you receive the final material through a private download link.
Which formats do you deliver the videos in?
We deliver vertical 9:16 for Instagram and TikTok, horizontal 16:9 for web and YouTube, and any crops you need for each channel.
