An ad that works starts long before you pay to show it. It takes a clear idea, a well-made piece (video, photo or both) and a campaign that puts it in front of the people who could become your customers. At Mist Productions we do all three: we come up with the ad, we shoot it and we run the campaign on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and Google Ads.
We work with businesses in San Sebastián, Irun and across Gipuzkoa: shops, gyms, clinics, garages, estate agents, hotels and brands that sell online. We know the local audience, and we know that advertising on social media and on Google doesn't speak to everyone the same way: an ad to win members for a CrossFit box doesn't tell the same story as one to sell a flat or to put a garage on the map. Every piece is built for its audience and for the platform where it will be seen.
Mist Productions, a creative production studio in San Sebastián and Gipuzkoa. Ads, video, photo and websites made to bring in customers. Behind every project are two partners: Herman Korkos on creative direction and Dmytro "Dima" Hrabchuk as director of photography. We shoot and deliver in Spanish, Basque and English, and we tell you straight what we think will work and what won't. Write to us: we usually reply within a few hours, almost always the same day.
Ads designed to bring in customers.
Idea: We start from what you want to achieve and who you want to reach. From there come the message, the hook of the first seconds and the format for each platform. You get: the script and the proposed pieces.
Production: We shoot and edit with a filmmaker's craft: video, photo and a drone if it fits. One session gives the main piece and its versions for each format. You get: the finished pieces, in every format and with captions.
Campaign: We set up and launch the campaign on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and on Google Ads, and watch how the audience responds to adjust the pieces and the messages. You get: the campaign up and running on Meta and Google Ads.
We don't promise numbers: nobody can say how many customers an ad will bring.
A vertical reel for CrossFit Kia Kaha with a clear goal: that whoever sees it wants to drop by the box. It focuses on the real atmosphere and the strength of the group.
Client: CrossFit Kia Kaha
Goal: Attract new members
Piece: Vertical reel (9:16)
Approach: The atmosphere of the box and the strength of the group
A service piece for BST Arreglos that conveys trust and professionalism in a few seconds and aims to build closeness with people who love campers.
One shoot gives you pieces for several places. Each one comes in the format of its platform and arrives in your private portal with a link.
Vertical video 9:16: Reels and Stories on Instagram and Facebook (Short pieces within 24-72 h of the shoot).
Horizontal video 16:9: Facebook feed, YouTube and video campaigns on Google Ads (Depending on the campaign goal).
Photo and static pieces: Image ads and carousels (From the same session).
Versions of the same piece: Another hook, another length, another format (From the same shoot).
Campaign on Meta and Google Ads: Instagram, Facebook and Google (We set it up and launch it ourselves).
Captions and on-screen text: In Spanish, Basque and English (So it works with the sound off).
Landing page: Where people arrive when they click the ad (If needed, we design it ourselves).
Shops, garages, hair salons, restaurants and services in San Sebastián, Irun or Gipuzkoa that want more people nearby to get to know them and come in, call or book. The ad speaks to people who live close by and the campaign is aimed at that area.
Places that live off new faces. An ad that shows the real atmosphere, with your team and your people, builds the trust needed to take the first step: try a class, book an appointment or drop by.
Example: the CrossFit Kia Kaha piece is built to attract new members to the box.
Ads to sell a specific property or to get known by owners in your area: the piece shows the home or the agent, and the campaign takes it to people who are searching or may be interested.
A hotel that wants to fill a season, a shop with a new collection or a brand launching a product. Short pieces to test several messages and, if needed, a website that lives up to the ad.
Both, and you decide how far we go. We can come up with and shoot the ads and hand them over ready for you to publish, or we can also take care of the campaign on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and on Google Ads. When we do everything, the idea, the piece and the campaign come from the same hands and the message doesn't get lost along the way. The quote makes clear what is what.
On Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and on Google Ads. Meta is for showing your business to people who don't know you yet, with video and photo in the feed, in Reels and in Stories; Google Ads is for being in front of people who are already searching for you, or for reaching them with video on YouTube. We suggest the mix depending on what you sell and who you want to reach.
No, and be wary of anyone who does: nobody can promise how many customers an ad will bring. What we do is build every piece to bring in customers, show you how it will look before it goes live and, once the campaign is running, watch how the audience responds and adjust.
There is no single rate, because a one-piece ad doesn't cost the same as a campaign with several formats and versions. What moves the price: how many pieces and of what kind (video, photo or both), whether there is outdoor or drone shooting, the versions in other languages, and whether you also want us to run the campaign on Meta and Google Ads or only produce the pieces. The ad spend, what is paid to Meta and Google to show the ads, is separate from the quote and you decide how much. Tell us what you want to achieve and we will prepare a tailored, no-commitment quote.
Yes. We shoot, caption and add on-screen text in Spanish, Basque and English, and the campaign can be aimed at people who prefer each language. If your audience is local, you can have the same piece in Spanish and in Basque without shooting twice.
It depends on how many pieces there are, but short pieces are ready within 24-72 hours of the shoot. Then the campaign is set up and launched as soon as you approve the pieces. The platforms review every ad before showing it, so it's worth leaving a little margin. We fix the calendar when we quote.
Yes. The final material is yours: once payment is made we assign you the usage rights to use it freely on social media, the web, advertising and ads, with no limit of time or territory. We keep the authorship and may show the work in our portfolio; if you prefer it not to be published, just tell us.
We are based in San Sebastián and we shoot across Gipuzkoa: San Sebastián, Irun and Hondarribia, Errenteria, Zarautz, Tolosa and the inland towns. Campaigns are aimed at the area you care about, from your neighbourhood to the whole Basque Country, Navarre or the rest of Spain. We also work with businesses in Bilbao and Bizkaia, Navarre and the French Basque Country, and we travel to the rest of Spain when the shoot calls for it.
We work in San Sebastián, Irun, Errenteria and across Gipuzkoa; also Bilbao, Navarre and the French Basque Country. And we travel across the rest of Spain.
Tell us what you sell and who you want to reach, and we will suggest how to tell it and where to show it. We usually reply within a few hours, almost always the same day.
